There are a lot of meds that have the side effect of blunting sexual desire. A lot of people hate that, but it might help you. Have you considered this?

i just found it funny that someone would recommend a platonic relationship for a harasser.
if a dude is harassing people, then trying to get into a platonic relationship would only make him harass more people because he would be interacting with people more, which would likely result in him harassing more people.
it’s like a paradox, rhubot. it’s so funny and silly. yet people actually think it’s possible. but i know you mods get uptight when i talk about male singlehood, so I’ll chill out with this joke topic.
as for me, i know when to back-off of people in certain environments. i’ve been spat at so much that I think I “know when to hold 'em know when to fold 'em. know when to walk away and know when to run.” I’ve even adapted high measures to make sure I don’t harass people. i can’t remember the last time I harassed a person in real-life.
and I rarely harass strangers online because I can usually block or mute them.
if I do have a crude conversation, it’s usually on 7cups where there are people “trained” to help harassers rather than spit on them. though the listeners there are quite bad.
so you need not worry about me, rhubot. but i agree, we might have varying tastes of humor. lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol
