So I posted a couple days ago about how amazing spg-302 was, unfortunately that was mostly a placebo response. So the friend I have that’s been on it said it didn’t really touch his neg or positives but he was able to replace his anti-psychotics with it. It seems like that’s probably how I will end up using it if I decide to stay on it. The side effects are not fun but my friend said they fade with time. So far it’s really hard on my sleep while simultaneously making me extremely fatigued. Again I’m hoping they get better the longer I’m on it but that’s what I’m dealing with so far. Evenamide may still be in the picture so we’ll see what happens with that but as far as spg-302 goes it looks like it may be able to replace ap’s with similar efficacy without causing weight gain. That’s my experience at least.
SPG302 is only available to certain individuals with ALS:
[Based on the information available, SPG302 is not currently available on the market for general purchase. SPG302 is a drug candidate developed by Spinogenix for the treatment of neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric diseases, such as ALS and Alzheimer’s disease. It is a once-daily pill that works by restoring synapses, which are crucial for cognitive and motor function. Here’s why you can’t buy it on the market today: It’s in clinical trials: SPG302 is still being evaluated in clinical trials to assess its safety and efficacy. Access is limited to expanded access programs (EAPs): In the U.S., some adults with ALS may be able to access SPG302 through an FDA-authorized EAP if they meet specific eligibility criteria. Spinogenix is the sole manufacturer: The company producing SPG302 has not licensed or authorized any third party to manufacture it. Counterfeit warning: Spinogenix strongly advises against purchasing SPG302 from any source other than themselves, as counterfeit products may pose significant health risks. ]–AI Overview

I didn’t know you and your friend are in a trial. Sorry it’s not working for you as well as you hoped for.
My friend is not. He got it through the means you implied. I don’t recommend anyone do what he did.
Why would he replace his APs with something he admits is not effective for what you use APs for? Are better erections or longer lasting orgasms a side-effect?
It seems to work for positive symptoms. A lot of people had the expectation it would work for negs and cogs.
