It’s just for electricity . There is no gas in these flats.

We paid $370 CDN this past month for a three-bedroom home with a family room and office in the basement. Power, natural gas, and water.

My daughter has just spent over an hour waiting to talk to someone about this utterly ridiculous situation. She eventually got to talk to someone who was in full BS mode trying to make out there was nothing untoward going on.My daughter told the customer service woman that . there’s absolutely no reason why my bill should be so high and that she wants things checked out My daughter got cut off before she could talk to an electrician .I’m in an I bedroom 80 square metre flat and supposedly used £390 electricity last month. My daughter’s in a 3 bedroom house and hers was £276.
She’s now going to contact their complaints dept about it.

I completely agree that it’s bs. Our bill has really high, then this new bill is 100$ less - we haven’t changed ANYTHING. It just proves they pull numbers out of their…you knows.

Sounds like someone deliberately made a mistake.
I don’t believe in honest mistakes when it comes to overly inflated bills.
