Thirsty and constipated

I got it down to simple problems this morning.

If you are dehydrated you are more likely to be constipated.

eat a kiwi fruit after dinner, it is magic and full of vitamins.

I’ve had a bit of constipation all day. But part of it stems I think from being sick yesterday, now my body is just trying to bounce back.

I’m going to get some kiwis.

How about relaxing on the toilet and not feeling pressured to hurry up? That I need to work on.

Dried prunes are a natural laxative and are full of vitamins and taste good too.
