Thinking sad thoughts

Should forget my intrusive thoughts and let them pass. Hate having them though. Keep seeing them sometimes and people in my mind. I don’t want to contact people in my body. They make me a nervous wreck. I always say the worse things to them. Need some sort of filter between my mind and theirs. Hope I’ll be ok.

Hey the same things happen to me every day. I am scared that somehow they’ll know these intrusive thoughts that I think. We’re in the same boat :slight_smile:

Hi @catsrcool how do you deal with your intrusive thoughts? I just think if things I don’t want to. Also have people repeat my thoughts or what I think are my thoughts. Don’t want to think that way. Makes me too self conscious.

Well I don’t really know how to deal with them. My AP doesn’t really take them away, so maybe I have to find a better one. But they make me very anxious and uncomfortable around other people, on top of the paranoia and anxiety I already have. It’s pretty constant to. It sometimes gets better, but I’ve had it for a while now.
