i’ve read some 60 books on past life/inter life areas, & cross referenced with many other areas. Personally i have no doubt that there are many spiritual realms/worlds/realities - & in fact this physical realm/Universe is a very small aspect of things. i don’t want to preach at anyone & it’s up to the individual to find their own path & come to their own conclusions.
i also agree with others that regardless of what comes after & the actual truth/nature of reality, we’re here & need to focus on living our lives as best that we’re able.
