Not only should you not stop your meds, it sounds like you either need a higher dose or a different med.

i wouldnt go off my meds in a million yrs…ive learned from experience how bad that can be

Going off meds is only recommended if you are symptom free. If you get psychosis again, you could get more symptoms afterwards; including negative ones.
