I wanna try to get off all meds has anybody ever done it and gotten better
I don’t think my meds are helping anymore that’s why I’m tempted to just say ■■■■it and quit then
Yeah, I used to throw away my medication and get progressively sicker.

I have, but I was stable a long time. My last hospital stay was 3 years ago.

I think stopping meds would be easy if you dont have insomnia or reduced appetite from your meds because you cant live without eating or sleeping

I’ve heard of people who have, but you’d have an easier time finding a unicorn that poops latinum bars than a former SZ who is living med free in a healthy fashion now.
Stay on your meds.

I was off meds for 2 years. Then I ended up psychotic in hospital. It gets you in the end.

I can’t come off my meds successfully.
I need to remain on them or else I’ll think that the world is out to kill me.

Haldol abilify lamictal Wellbutrin clonazapam zoplicone and seroquel is what I take

I was on Abilify. I’m now back on Abilify but a higher dose.
I would had liked abilify however i got reduced appetite and slow movement and compulsive gambling and thoughts disorder on it

There are studies of outpatient populations showing there’s quite a few recovered people who live without meds. Many of them live with some symptoms, but they are not unicorns.
