It really helped. I went a couple of years ago for 5 months for my back and my back stopped hurting for like 5 months after that. My insurance covers the full cost so it would be smart to go again, it was a far drive, about ten miles one way, but I liked it. It was a little workout twice a week and they had a couple of things I really enjoyed like the massage table they put you on alone that automatically massaged your back and the electrodes they stuck on my lower back that made electricity go into my back and ended the pain. Yeah, I looked on my health insurance website and saw some physical therapists near me, I think I’ll go again.
