Thinking about gaming all day and watching porn

My bad habit is coming bad stronger and stronger since i loose myself and not resist it.I had once stop gaming and porn for as long as three months and had meet groups of people and some woman(although my luck of having laid is none) but inorder to live a better functioning life,easier life I had to not give in to these two bad habits,I have had enough of it consuming my life.

I will use the Internet for only these three stuff,which is soccer,schizophrenia and reddit(for stopping porn and gaming).This time I will ducking go strong and not let my guards down,the road will be rough at first and it will be easier if I managed to go through these weeks and months

Please pray for me to have the strenght to stop these,thanks!

Sounds to me like you need a hobby or perhaps to do some volunteer work. You can’t do the wrong thing if you’re too busy doing the right thing. :wink:

Yes had to really have the willpower to break these vices,I had failed many times,this time I will give my all and stop Gaming and Porn,the first two weeks is crucial

I go to work thinking about gaming and watched porn during work,it’s affecting me in a bad way…these two is worst enemy than schizophrenia,these two are not real at least schizophrenia is real,will really try my ■■■■■■■ best…

Thanks @pixel…i will go to work and try focus on work and plan at least once a day to meet with groups of people with mental illness

I lover soccer,I can take two days a week to play soccer.Futsal a day and Saturday will be field soccer

@turningthepage it’s sure harder to do it than said,I must succeed.I have had enough of gaming and porn already,it’s making me sicker and making my life lower function

Whoops. I need to clarify what I said. I don’t like watching porn as I feel I’m being disrespectful to my wife when I do so. It’s up to each person to decide for themselves if watching porn is wrong, not a blanket judgement I should be making. If someone is bothered by it and feels it is unhealthy, that is their own personal decision.
