I was two months clean of gaming,now the urge had come again

I was thinking if quitting a bad habit like gaming can help your mental health?or does it even had no linked?

I find I been thinking about gaming more lately,but I am 2 month already without gaming

I personally find it relaxing to sit on the couch for an hour and just zone out playing a game , just not excessive i think it is fine

I remember something one of my tdocs said something on exchanging one habit for anther habit. So maybe take up another hobby to take it’s place. Choices are limitless like take up a sport and join a club for it. Which would help with socializing, feeling a part of a team etc.

I wanna go play basketball and get some socializing even if it’s a bully

As Nike says Just do it! With the weekend approaching it gives you that time to look into a local team and find contact information. Hope you follow through and best of luck with it.
