You’d be surprised how far 10 reps even three times a day can go. Exercise I find has a quality of diminishing returns. The first reps you do have the most impact then it decreases as you go on.
So to illustrate this someone who works out say 20 minutes a day would do almost as good as someone who does 40 (not quite but you get my point).
Even 5-10 minutes is immeasurably better than nothing. The first few minutes of anything really are the most effective parts of it.
