Maybe it’s time. Even if you just go sit on the steps for a few minutes while you drink a cup of tea. Get some fresh air. My old therapist showed a study about how standing barefoot in great for 15 minutes a day made HUGE improvements in pain/fatigue/anxiety/depression. It was a weird study, but when I was running around barefoot in the grass a few days a week it really did seem to improve things.

Might be worth a shot?

Totally worth a shot. There is a park just across the road with grass and trees. I think I would like to sit there

While the weather is nice it would be a great way to help improve your mood. Plus, if you make it a daily thing, routine helps, too.

Naps usually mark my recovery.

When I was unemployed for a while I learned getting out of the house and doing something for any reason made me feel better.
