Just wondering why? Maybe when it gets light and I have my morning walk I start feeling better.
They say that exercising is good for depression.
My brother tries to regularly spend time outside as well as exercising. He says it noticeably helps his sz symptoms -depression, etc.
I like to go out + sit + contemplate my little trees + the big Juniper tree growing behind them. They are like my pets - mean a lot to me, each individual one. I’m responsible for them staying alive + living as long as I do. My brother says when I die, they’ll go in the dumpster…that’s life.
I love walking on cold crisp days. You breathe in the goodness of nature.
I went for my 1-hour walk and I started feeling better, sometimes I just go to a bus stop and sit on a bench there watching people and cars that are passing. Earlier I have written about one Gypsy girl and she was awake already this early in this morning.
I went riding my bicycle also in this morning. It felt great, I like to be outdoors. I am sure it helps with symptoms.

I wouldn’t worry about it. Your depression will probably go away quickly.
