Has a women’s only room that you have to pay extra for and that can only be accessed with a key card. You have to go through the women’s locker room to get to it. Now I just have to get the guts to go. It opens in about 2 months.

I’m joining the local gym too. I’m tired of being really fat and I want to get healthier. It’s very affordable too.

So I assume the women’s room is a gym separated from the main gym, right? I hope it turns out well. I need to get back to the gym, because of health reasons, LOL. Anyways I hope you get to go and lose that anxiety.

My mom got me a yearly membership to planet fitness for my birthday. I prefer exercising at home but maybe I’ll go. It’s a small gym without too much equipment. My mom jokes that since it’s right by the mall, I can exercise and go shopping afterwards and “live such a good life.” Maybe after I get my peer coach client, I will take them there.

There is a Curves near me that my mom goes to a few times a week. It is a gym only for women, but my mom says it’s all old ladies there.
I wouldn’t mind being around older ladies. There used to be a curves near me, but I don’t think there is anymore.
