Im struggling through therapy. A lot of the dbt in group I’m being helped with is to manage temper but i don’t feel I have.much of a temper

DBT works great for people with impulse control issues (Borderline)
But it also can be useful for other issues as well.
With that said, it’s not for everyone

I was going to a dbt group for a while. Was good. Maybe tell whoever leads the group you go to that you feel you dont have temper issues and see what they say. Theres lots of different things they work on in dbt. Not just temper.
I did DBT and CBT. I’m currently doing CBT. I think I liked DBT more.
