An intensive DBT program even though I don’t have borderline personality disorder. In it I’m going to learn to stay in my rational mind etc. it’s an intensive one year program. It’s both a class and therapy. I start in a couple months when there’s an opening

Good luck @LilyoftheValley does it help with mood shifts in bipolar too?

Yes DBT was originally designed for those people suffering with Borderline but it’s also used for people who have difficulty regulating their emotions as seen with Bipolar disorder.
My therapist used DBT techniques on me because I have frequent mood shifts.

@anon25873142, I think it can help but not to the point of no longer needing a mood stabilizer.
