I’ve heard that night shifts increases risk of stroke. The person doing my job b4 me had a stroke thus why he left. A colleague of mine also had a stroke last week. Both ppl doing night shifts.
Now I come across this article in bbc news. About night shifts and cancer.
It is a good point that doing night shifts feels weird on my body’s natural state.
I’m thinking I will find a day shift at the end of this year. It’s best to wait til end of year cos I need to work in this job long enough so dat my cv, resume, don’t look stupid.
It’s hard to fall asleep in the day. I end up not getting much sleep. Yea I love my sleep 2. Feel half dead with lack of it hence my new found reliance on coffee which I’ve been trying to avoid
I have til end of the year to decide. Right now idk but think I’m gonna stick with another cleaning job for the while being, whilst I figure out something different.
Having social anxiety makes the general job world like a huge obstacle course.
No probs. Hope you find somthing else that’s good for you… I tend to ignore social anxiety, but at some point it’s too heavy to even walk on the street.
I went to a birthday party today. I had 2 leave early. For me yea it’s also being around ppl. But specifically, it is related to self consciousness. And thus not being able to fully enjoy myself around those ppl.
