I don’t know. dr. berg the youtube doctor recommends eating once or twice a day. he says that every time you eat you spike your insulin, so he doesn’t recommend the 5 smaller meals strategy. but I guess telling people who love food that they can eat 17 times a day, and lose weight, is going to be more popular.
