Doctors don’t know anything about nutrition or diets. How many meals you eat a day or meal timing is irrelevant. As long as you measure your calories, you will lose weight. If you are ever hungry, just eat vegetables.

Well 7 no bigger than your palm is not really much.

My doctor told me to eat 7 meals a day too. The only difference is they can’t be bigger than the sul of my foot.
