It’s a business. She’s working there. They have to be friendly. If she was a customer like you then maybe. It’s hard to tell. Flirtation doesn’t equal sex either. And honey is commonly used in certain areas of the country. If you like her then ask for her number. Just don’t make it weird.

I get names like honey and beautiful from women a fair bit. Especially people working in retail or hospitality. It feels nice but i dont think they all want me haha. Its just pleasantries mostly. Even light flirting is just a friendly banter business thing usually. But who knows. This chick you spoke to might be keen on you. Ask her out if you want.
