It is the beginning of the dark season here where I am. Winter is coming. With less sunlight there will be more depression. Vitamin D supplements can be one solution. I personally like being outdoors and for ex. ride my bicycle. What else could we do to avoid depression?

Here in Greece, even though we have
many sunny days, most of the years,
we also have
vitamin D deficiency. Crazy, right?
Have you tried a mood lamp or light box?
No I have not tried these lights. I think I can prepare myself for this coming depression wave better now because I have experienced this beginning of the dark season often in earlier years. I like summer and our winter is long which may trigger additional depression.
