Exercise is the key to a lot of our problems in my book.
I simply added weight bearing exercise and moved from sleeping 10 hours a day to around 8. I don’t work so sometimes I’ll have a half hour nap but honestly. I’m so much better ahead of the game with exercise and taking the meds as prescribed…
It is the single best thing you can do for your health mentally or physically that costs you nothing but your exertion. You can’t lose…
