The best part about my job today

I swear I could feel my brain inside my skull being tested by these new techniques and maneuvers I’m doing with my $9000 grass cutting machine. It activated brain cells I have never used before. Freaking gnarly!!!

It is challenging?

Yes very much so. I want a job working with animals!

Glad your liking your new job!

That job can be in a very calm climate and rewording. Keep it up! You seem to do a lot of stuff since you quit dope.

The only thing I had in common with my coworker that I talked about was the animals at the golf course. There were huge fish in the pond, a dog, a bird and some butterflies. That was the highlight of my work. It’s difficult!

Everything is difficult until you get use to it.

Hang in there!

I believe it takes a good month or two at any new job before you start feeling comfortable.

Congrats on having day one under your belt!

I agree with @PatrickT. My dad told me that same thing when I got into the work force. It takes two or three months to get into the swing of things and know what a job is about. I dealt with hard jobs I didn’t like by working hard and taking pride in my work and the results.
