What helped you thr most especially with paranoia?
Abilify helped me with my paranoia eventually, but it took years.
Also quitting coffee made a huge difference to my paranoia.
Iām back on one cup of instant a day now though.

Risperidone has helped me with the paranoia, and Fluvoxamine has helped with the OCD.
Clopixol did magic to that problem
Is Clopixol the same as clozapine?

Clopixol is the meds option they try before trying the last option Clozapine
Currently Invega really knocks them down, but with an added dose of olanzapine its very rare for me to become paranoid. As for ocd i take sertraline 200 mg, i will ask the doctor next time to increase it!
Seroquel has helped me
Abilify has helped me out a good amount. Im not really taking my AP prn as much. I still have bad days though. But im just trying to stay busy.
