Keep stress levels to a minimum.

Don’t take on too much at one time and overwhelm yourself. Take baby steps in all of the tasks you wish to accomplish throughout the days and weeks.
I wrote ‘it does get better’ because I know when you are in the thick of the darkness, there seems like no way out.
But the human spirit is capable of so much…there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel if you stay focused and committed.

Have the serenity to accept the things you can not change, the courage to change the things you can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
No alcohol or drugs
have a crisis plan in check, with your professional health team, and make sure that you trust your mental health advocate on your crisis plan
make sure that they are updated on what medication and dose works for you etc.
my sister is my health advocate and she has not got the faintest clue so i need to talk to her about it
