For many years now, I’ve received telepathic messages from crows and bunnies.
I know everyone will say it’s not real.
But why does the message always come true? This is what throws me off and messes with my head.

The brain is good at predicting things.
My brain is telling me that the mental health team think of me when their brain farts my name
Guess that’s what it feels like
Can you give us an example?
Alot of times i have this problem when working on something. I will be in the middle of making a important decision and i will hear a noise and interpret it as being for or against my choice. It use to get to me becaus it seemed to always seem right. Eventually i became more confident in doing things and it doesn’t hold as much weight anymore.
And yea.. in your situation i think like another person said we are good at presicting things. In my case it was my interpretations
I was told by one that I would hear from someone I hadn’t spoken to in years and shortly after, I did.
100% a coincidence.
But you can see how it’s convincing. It messes with my head
Yeah I understand. It would drive me a little crazy too for a bit. I hope it stops for you.
mind can play tricks on you, don’t let your mind fool you
Thanks @TheCanuk . I try really hard to not pay attention to it
I definitely feel you. You just have to ignore and trust its not possible. Your mind is gonna create emotions that make it feel real but its not.
Thanks @signless
Isn’t it a symptom of schizophrenia ? You are hallucinating. I don’t think medication can help with this but it can sedate your thinking It must be very stressful for you.
Yeah, meds calm me down just enough to get through my days. At least, my current meds do. I went years without being able to do anything because I was crippled with fear and paranoia. I still have paranoid thoughts, but my current meds calm me down a bit.
It’s a common thing.
