Tattoos associated with a 21% greater risk of lymphoma – new study

Oh well still want a 6th tattoo lol

Don’t need to worry about me writing on my skin with permanent ink. I got something pierced when I was young, then unpierced. That was the extent of my raging against the machine.

I’m not sure how any tattoos I would have gotten would have held up now that I’m chubbier. Seems like the only safe place to get one would be upper arm in a hypothetical situation.

I’ve seen some pretty cool sleeves, my uncle has one.

There are so many different studies and some of them get proven wrong in my opinion tattoos have been around for a long long time why are they figuring it now it’s gotta be fake

They have known for a long time that tattoos provoke an immune response and that tattoo ink winds up in a person’s lymph system. The question was is it harmful? The large amount of data shows that it probably is, and it is much worse than expected.

I didn’t know that I don’t have any tattoos I wanna get one to cover up a arm scar that happened when I was 3 years old i was playing hide and go seek and I hit a window and broke it and severed a artery and almost died however I don’t like the look of it and don’t know if there’s anything that can be done

Man, that’s a battle scar. Be proud that you’re still here and you have proof that it was close.
