Is talking too much a symptoms of sz?

I talk too much and people tell me to shutup.
Or is it mania?

Certainly not a symptom of schizophrenia. Poverty of speech is more the norm.

I think I have sza bipolar and not sz. My pdoc says no but I know myself better than him, he is not in my body or living with me 24/7. Another pdoc also wrongly stopped my meds and damaged my life and my brain. Pdocs are dumb.

That pdoc stopped my meds and closed my psychiatric folder. I was psychotic and had permanent brain damage for 2yrs until I went to the hospital by myself.

Whats your diagnosis? Sza or bipolar?

I am still feeling too excited and hyper, I don’t feel normal. Racing thoughts. I match all mania symptoms.

I asked my pdoc to prescribe me lithium or another mood stabilizer but he refused. I want to take lithium orotate supplement but its illegal here, its legal in the US.

Yeah I can relate…
Glad you’re back as well!!

(Maybe I have SZA, but with the overlap in meds treating Schizophrenia and Bipolar do these labels carry any water?)

Yea APs also treat mania to some degree and off meds I feel more manic, worse.

PDocs too, are so careful to label you as Paranoid, Undifferentiated, or the other one(Can’t think of it, Maybe “Catatonic”.

One Doc had me on Lamictal. Maybe I should think about it more.
Lithium is a loud word, I wonder if only because it’s been around a long time?

Idk what do, I dont have a pdoc its been years. Last one said I am too stable and don’t need psychiatric services, he closed my folder. I asked my family Dr to send me to a pdoc and he said I will be on a waiting list and need to wait at least a year like others as its not an emergency. I don’t feel like my symptoms warrant emergency. Can you get hospitalized for mania?

I’d seriously get on that waiting list.

Yea if my symptoms persist I will tell my family Dr to put me on waiting list. These “manic” symptoms are not 24/7, they come and go. Its not a threat to my life, just uncomfortable when they happen.

A lot can change, I’d get on the waiting list anyway.

I’m diagnosed schizophrenic and on Abilify

I noticed I have hypomanic symptoms at times that’s all. Maybe I should be sza at this point unknown
