Well give it a try. I saw my therapist today too. We mainly talked about me being better Friday evening and what was going on before then.
I’m going to keep trying it. I tried squared/boxed breathing and it didn’t work for me.

Nah. I’m feeling good, not super energized. I don’t get risky behaviors when manic.

yea i find it hard to stop worrying about things also. Monday i go for a walk again with mobile team girl and i’m already getting ready for it in my mind, like i have to get into the right mindset. And in a couple weeks i go to the pdoc and same thing already getting ready for it.

yea it’s anxious feeling huh… like you know it’s comming up and your whole body needs to get ready and during that time you feel so anxious and nervous.
