I think to help with my depreasion and sometimes boredom i will start taking walks. I think i spend to much time cooped up in the home. Sometimes fresh air is all you need.

Yeah good move. Exercise is great for your general health and I think it makes a difference for your mental health as well. Try to do thirty minutes of brisk walking at a time. Three days a week at least and you’ll be doing great! Good luck with it! I walk all the time!
