Excersised for about 20 minutes

And my mood is lifted immensely.

It’s been a long time since I had a proper workout because of some health issues. Hoping to get back into my routine. It is really worth it. Usually I will excersise for 45 minutes every third day or so, and also I’m trying to do 30 minute walks most days.

Good for you. I’ve gotten some great results mentally by routine and exercise. It helps in many ways.
