it occured to me yesterday that i see hell all the time…i wondered why?.
i know a karmic hell exists.
i know i have been there, in the pit, i remember.
i am thinking maybe i see these people grabbing at my shoes and trousers not because they are trying to get out, but they are trying to actually pull me in !
at first i thought ’ not again '.
but hey what ever, i wander around hell voluntarily most nights anyway , so what’s the difference.

I think we’ve all gone through hell with this disease. It’s a bad place to visit and I would not like to live there. But my personal trip was 15 years ago.

I picture my hell contained inside me sometimes. The parts of my head were hell, what I was seeing when I was living in my head was hell.
