You should be able to see bed bugs,
Have you inspected your mattress?
Have you been checked for autoimmune disorders? I have 3 and one symptom is random weird bumps exactly like that.
Maybe poison ivy
oh, they’ll never dx me for that, never.
they already said so when I thought something else.
Try some benedryl for the itch

If you can, keep a record of all your symptoms. I have really weird and varied ones. One time I couldn’t eat because even pudding felt like sandpaper.
Another time blisters on tips of my toes.
A few times a year I break out all over. Randomly during the year I get arm and leg rashes.

my doctor just told me yesterday it’s not bed bugs
no idea
it’s on legs and arms mostly.
I would go see a dermatologist.
They would know.

Looks like bed bugs to me but I think you should show your doctor

This has happened before. I would go to the doctor if you can so you can find out what is causing this.
Get your place inspected for bed bugs. I know your doctor says it’s not that but it looks so much like what I had when I got it.

Does it itch more at night?
I went to the doctor today because of bumps and intense itch. He side he going to treat it as a typical dermatitis. We see if the meds makes it better if not he going to schedule a allergy test
