All I can say is not beg bugs. Bed bug bites turn red and 95% of the bites will be in a triangular pattern.

Mine are clear bumps and they’re worse after a shower. He told me to not take a shower for four days.

What does your GP say? Yes, like @Wave says, see a dermatologist. They would know.
