If it were bed bugs I would think that you would have the rash all over your body.

yeah, they’re real small blotches
and scratch marks

he says if he gets bit it’s there, then it goes away within a day
Here’s what one of my arms looks like just now.
A friend on Facebook thinks it might be heat rash,
and ruled out bed bugs, as they come in 3’s.
Could be heat rash. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
