The brain is interconnected through nuerons and synapses. I highly doubt theres one place in the brain for schizophrenia. This may be relevant to the chemicals or in this case the proteins involved, but theres much more to it me thinks. A 40 fold increase in likelihood due to this specific protein being released or not is still quite impressive though

it is understood that ,the sz condition does not occur in the outer air or sky,but rather occurs in the place and time in which the psychic being is located and spread in the organic body structure
and thus,the organic areas and the rates of production of chemical substances that are secreted by them in the brain will affected during the processing of higher cognitive processes ,feelings and production of behavioral aspects that are led by the schizophrenic factor (hall.)
this is happens without creating any mutational change in the basic anatomical structure of brain OR in the basic structure of the chemicals secreted in the brain regions !!
Because,the functional activity of the schizophrenic factor (hall.) depends on the USE of current mental mechanisms (imagination,thinking ,emotion ) of the human host in implementing its private processes that introduce the bad modification in the concept of cognitive messages (self-thoughts) that have been moved from the sources of transmission to the sources of reception during the waking time (ONLY)
thus,it is impossible to find any organic or chemical change (a substance of a disease) that causes the whole sz condition existentially or creates any of its symptoms functionally !!
because,the schizophrenic factor (vocal emitter )does not aim to create a chemical change in the first place,but rather seeks to induce a malicious modification in the concept of cognitive messages that have been circulated mentally by the human host personally !
The chemical change means: an actual disease that prevent the occurrence of any cognitive modification in the self-thoughts of the human host that the schizophrenic factor seeks to achieve !!
If the schizophrenic factor (voice emitter ) uses the mental processes in an extreme way during the waking hours,repeating them over and over again without stopping ,this result in a deterioration in the level of chemical balance in the brain after the passage of 24 connected hours ,and from here all risks and crises will arise that the person will suffer from !
this is a real description of the condition from the inside as it seems to the pure mind !

In the case of the genetic disease;
In the first place,the medication corrects,modified or suppresses the genetic substance of the disease ,and does not target /treat the symptoms of the disease that the patient feels and suffers from or even the symptoms diagnosed by the eyes of external viewers (Dr,) on the behaviors of the patient
Thus,the effect of the modified substance (medication)prevents the symptoms of the disease from occurring automatically and the patient will feel this prevention frankly
But when you think that the schizophrenia condition itself is just a genetic disease ;
in reality ,inside the basic nature of the person,instead of the presence of a defective substance of a genetic disease (where it can be corrected /edited pharmaceutically ),there is a stranger psychic entity (s) be called hallucination or psychosis !!
as we have previously explained,the hallucination is not a living or non-living substance,it is not a substance of a disease or illness or any other condition ,Nor a symptom of inherited autogenous disease or a symptom of inherited /acquired mental illness nor a natural part from the inherited material of the human being nor a part from the private behavioral characteristics of the human being generally
it is embodied in the human nature as an independent living conscious psychic parasite ,it is an entity (creature) in the pure nature
(there is nothing in the human nature have the ability to create/repeat the thing be called hallucination functionally, Because it is a psychic entity has many different /contrary characteristics regard with the whole human psyche nature (existentially /functionally) !
Simply,the hallucination (psychotic factor),is a personalities of a psychic entities that did not emerge in the inherited nature of the human being at the age of five or six year of age ,but rather emerged suddenly after puberty and at the beginning of twenties but they are non-human in nature (it is not a human self nor a natural part from it )!
