Has anyone switched from Invega to respridal ?

i was on invega for some time and now i’m on a combination of risperdal consta and clozapine for APs

I did the opposite and switched from risperidone to Invega.

A few tips on things that confuse newbies:
Cake day is the anniversary date of when you joined.
The 1515 or other numbers at the end of peoples posts are because there’s a 15 character minimum to post. So people put 15s after until they get to the minimum characters to post.
To tag someone, put the @ followed by the name.

To answer your question i did that switch a long time ago. I had no side effects except weight gain on Invega, but when I switched to risperidone I had horrible side effects and had to get off it immediately
Years ago I went from taking risperidone to invega but I didn’t feel well on invega because it interacted with my Depakote so I switched back to Risperdal.
I prefer Risperdal anyway
They are pretty similar medications, so you should be alright
I switched from Risperidone to Paliperidone but Paliperidone didn’t work for me.
