Would you guys take a surgery that mimicked what the meds do?
Plug this up, snip that, whatever they have to do.
But it is the same thing as taking meds in the hypothetical.
Would you do it?
No pills sounds very inticing actually.

If there was surgery that cured schizophrenia, I would take that. I wouldn’t accept surgery that merely mimicked the action of a drug, which doesn’t cure the underlying problem.

But the guy that invented it got a Nobel prize like that US president!
Anyway that aside the closes they have is probably Transcranial direct stimulation!
Though I personally dislike the idea for now.
Surgery involves risk.
No one wants to think they will come out of (any) surgery worse than when you went in…
So, No thanks.
