Had a good run to get to 58. No bald patch or receding hairline yet but noticed I’m shedding a lot of hairs recently. Had hoped to keep a full head of hair albeit thinned but it’s obviously not to be.
Suppose it happens to us all - well at least you can get to look like Jean-Luke Picarrd!
I’m not that good looking. A part of me is hoping it’s stress related or as some places have said due to sudden weight loss(I lost about 18 lbs recently over 5-6 weeks without attempting to lose weight) and that it gets back to normal shedding levels.
My hair was thinning at 27. Now I’m 56 and much of my hair is gone. I’ve known people who were bald as a cue ball at 44. I’ve heard of people going bald before they’re 25. Be thankful you’ve kept your hair this long.

If the look bothers you do what those Hollywood dudes do they incorporate the shaved look into there look before it gets advanced.
I guess the rationale behind that is “hey I meant to do that”.
I have a receded hairline that isn’t that receded and ive had it since forever.
I just turned 40 and I noticed some thinning in the ‘crown’ area.
Id stay shaved but I have a weird shaped head.
Not that im vein or even care what others think of me I just don’t like not Being comfortable looking in the mirror.
My hair is thinner than it was 20 years ago but I know hair often thins gradually with age.
I bet it’s growing way more abundant in other places lol

I know I now have to pluck the odd hair from my ears. Funnily enough I seem to have lost hair from my under arms especially my left one .
Pictures or it didn’t happen.
Never had a problem with bald.
I shave my head often.
Once i went into a place to get a shave and the woman thought i had lost a bet. Nope, just don’t give a ■■■■ about hair.

I don’t know why guys stress over this. I haven’t met any girl who has told me wow my boyfriend’s hair looks great. Girls really don’t care about this. You can totally do that look with shaved head like bruce willis and the rock. very handsome men.

My husband shaves his head. He has little hair on his head. Hair or no hair doesn’t matter to me. I did not chose him because of his hair…or rather lack of it. 
he will be 50 in two years.
Just tell everybody “it’s a solar panel for a sexmachine!”
My hair isn’t at the shaving stage yet.
You’re very lucky to have kept good hair until 58, I personally wouldn’t care too much about my looks at that point. I started losing hair in early 20s and I have friends in mid 20s who are horseshoe bald. It might be the diet, I lose hair when on a strict diet too, also some med changes have made me lose hair. I have heard about girls saying they won’t date bald guys, can’t blame them, I’m not attracted to bald girls either…
