Supplements. i got my eye on some

wheat germ oil for the vitamin e to help keep my prolactin in check
and vitamin d because my blood work showed i was low in vitamin d
maybe some fish oil to help my workouts
and maybe a multivitamin, but not if i eat healthy

i used to spend a lot of money on supplements, but now i just think its a waste of money most of the time.

Its a waste of money if you’re eating healthy and don’t have a vitamin/mineral deficiency.

Fish oil is the best. Especially if you don’t eat fish like me

yeah i was taking some a couple years ago. i would buy it after my therapy, because my therapist was right next to a GNC. but i stopped going to therapy, he thought i was in remission anyhow. i ran out of things to say after a couple months.

I’m a big fan of lion’s mane. I get mine from RealMushrooms on Amazon. It got rid of my anxiety almost completely. I say almost because I stopped taking it for a while and my anxiety came back after a while.
