Supplements are helping

I was just trying to find an old supplements thread, but I couldn’t…
I would love to share with you guys what I use at the moment. Actually, supplements are really expensive.
But they do help!! I feel way more energetic and calm inside.

Soo, omega 3 effect is probably known for everyone. I believe it mostly helps for brain… I take it twice a day.
Second one in the picture I use is for beauty, such as nails and hair.
Third - I just started using it so I don’t really know the effect. But I lack this substance in my blood.
And Lion’s mane is really a cool thing. It really creates some energy in me. I also take it twice a day.
I also ordered Neurozan again and gummies for sleep. yeah, lots of supplements
By the way Neurozan is also great for sleep.

It can also be fun to use some Essential Oils.

I’m using some ‘ylang ylang’ today.

Sounds cool!! Does it have a good smell?

Yes it does. Reminds a bit of ‘Cananga’.

I tried the Swanon’s Lion’s Mane. No noticeable benefit even at a triple dose. Amyloban 3399 (expensive) is the only one I have found that works well. I would avoid the Omega 3 unless you already have heart disease.

Oh ok that’s scary!!
Though I believe every article will say a different thing

This study was large enough that it has merit. Just eat fish instead.

I never eat fish… That’s why I thought omega 3 is a good choice.

Well do it in moderation to be safe.

Some of you guys won’t believe me but I used to eat fish every single day highly salty fish tho you brine the fish in salt sugar and water and put it on the smoker I had to quit oddly enough due to a heart condition

Supplements can be very helpful or very harmful or just ineffective, so always do your research and get your doctor’s blessing…I wanted to try Lion’s Mane but found out I can’t take either it or anything with grapefruit in it with my new meds.

I take a very wide multivitamin with minerals as well to cover my bases. I take vitamin D because of a deficiency I used to have, I will probably stop soon enough as summer approaches since I have also started working outside. I take magnesium because it gives me extra energy. I take melatonin in order to sleep. I take creatine because it helps in general. I take theanine because I find it makes it slightly easier to transition between mental states by limiting the side effects Latuda started to give me. I have recently started taking sarcosine and it’s been making my whole life feel a bit more smooth. I also take bamboo and psyllium fibers because they help me in the bathroom and increase the volume of the stuff I eat; and I take whey protein because they are cheap, versatile, good tasting sources of protein and they take care of my sweet tooth.
