With my pdoc recommendations I started taking lion’s mane, neurozan and omega-3 supplements. Big dosages. It costs a lot in fact,
Also I started taking med nootropic which is good for ADHD and for older people, mainly it will help for my concentration and memory.
So I am taking lots of stuff these days,
Mental health costs a lot nowadays.
I take a vitamin supplement. I feel it really helps me. I take it religiously
That’s cool @Jonathan2
Though I am guessing how much do vitamins actually help
i just take vitamin d … nothing besides that.
That sounds very expensive!
I take COQ-10, Omega-3 and Probiotics.
I take a B complex everyday and also magnesium, been taking them for about a year.
No supplements, just eating varied.
edit; actually i take omega 3 which also has vitamin d and a few other vitamins, forgot about that
I’ve tried l theanine and ashwaganda didn’t help and kava tore my stomach up.
I take about 20 supplements, some to help mental health, some to help treat a stomach ulcer.
I know that hurts I belched up blood found out I have throat ulcers not fun.
Yeah. I don’t think supplements are the main thing for this though, it’s much more important avoiding food that trigger it.
They put me on protonix it helps with all ulcers. I swear by it.
I take a men’s multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin D3 every day.
I got lionsmane but it was a pain in the ass to take and I gave up
Yes. It varies. But now…

Magnesium. I use it because it helps me with my stress. Even when my smart watch shows me high stress, after using magnesium (about 20 minutes) it usually decrease level of stress and sometimes i sleep after that. Maybe placebo?
Must be quality. A lot of kinds of magnesium exists. Also i might be sensible.
