Plus I earlier I had a pain from my liver. Gonna quit it immediately and if things haven’t improved contact my doctor

I had lots of supplements over the last three years. I’ve found omega 3s to be the essential supplement. Affordable too. I like a little vitamin E too I believe they actually are helping. I keep improving. Omega 3s really do help. I tried Lions mane liquid dropper but I didn’t keep it up. I didn’t like it who know maybe I’ll try again some time
My doctor finds that it helps just under half. The ones it doesn’t help often report anxiety as a problem.

I got bad anxiety from Amyloban. Need to try lions mane next.
I developed depression after having taken Amyloban3399 for 3 months. So did lions mane mushroom extracts.
The Amyloban works for me. The less expensive lion’s mane doesn’t do anything that I can tell. Wish it did - I’d like to spend a lot less.
