Supernatural hallucinations

Hi, it’s been a while since I’ve posted aside from my latest thread about my increase of the dose of Vraylar that I’m taking.

Has anyone here had ‘supernatural’ type hallucinations and does anyone know what kind of hallucinations these are called? By supernatural, I mean feeling presences in rooms and feeling energy in the room though there’s nothing there. Last week, I’ve been feeling a comforting type of invisible energy embracing me while I was lying in bed (which felt good, but also strange). There were other recent experiences I’ve had that I’m thinking are hallucinations, but I can’t remember them right now.

Would these just be considered tactile hallucinations or a somatic hallucination? I don’t know what these would be called, so I might be wrong about this.

Also please don’t bring religion into this thread.

yes, it’s talked about on here, hypno-hallucinations.

I think others have said Anyone can get these, and it’s not a true sign of a schizophrenia occurrence.

I get them a lot, like a person or hand pressing on me in bed, and I have woken up and I visually saw it, a rat, and felt like it was in bed, even felt it crawling up my leg.

I always forget to tell my pdoc this.

do you ever do any sleep walking? its scary as hell, to not remember any of it the next morning, Phil has to tell me.

hope you’ve been well otherwise

Hi, Daze!

I’m aware of that. I have bipolar disorder but still deal with a certain degree of psychosis.

For sleepwalking, I don’t think I’ve ever been capable of doing this. I know that I occasionally talk in my sleep, but that’s it. If I do, my family probably hasn’t noticed.

Thank you, though!

yeah, when Phil and I used to sleep in the same bed, before he told me I’m a total bed hog, he said I talked in sleep too. He even asked me one morning,
Who’s Eric? ahhh, no one, Phil, he’s no one, haha.
sometimes now when I do it, I wake myself up with it,
but don’t remember what I was just saying.
glad you don’t sleep walk. umm!

Those are the main things I feel. I don’t hear voices or hallucinate.

I don’t know what category of symptoms that falls into though.

I experience that quite a bit. I don’t know if there’s a special name for it though

Yes I have experienced this type of phenomena frequently the past 6 years!
