I gave up sugar a year and half ago. No biscuits, no cakes, no sugary cereal etc. The only sugar i get is from fruit and a tiny bit of honey when i bake my salmon.
Stevia is a godsend for me. I have become accustomed to it and love the stuff.
Here is an article finds that the sugar could be causing mood disorder, notably depression:
“Men who ingested over 67 grams per day via sweetened foods and beverages, considered the top-third of this study, had a 23 percent increased chance of developing common mental disorders, including anxiety and depression, over the lower third (>39.5 grams).”

Worth considering, if you are depressed albeit that having sz may cause depression anyway, however, this might help, so might be worth a try. for some…

Honestly I do not even crave sugar, funny. Maybe once a month maximum, you know when.
BUT
Yesterday I bought 2 boxes of high calorie chocolate brownie fudge cake. Ready made.
It is such an easy high calorie food for lazy days when I need to take my medication. OR if I have one cake after my meal, it could easily make up big calories. I hope it is okay though to eat a cake a couple times a week in high sugar?
I do not eat much.
The research noted 67 grams of sugar every day, and I believe consistently, so I wouldn’t worry too much about the odd high sugar day. 67g daily is quite a lot, but if fizzy pop is your weakness then quite easy to achieve.

Not only unhealthy in many ways but this particular ■■■■■■■ plant has caused dilemmas and torture and death where it showed it’s face.
Not only are most people’s bodies made to love it while it kills them there are the pschics who taste it while you eat it as well.
This was one of the most sour plants in the history of what we have known as earth while being one of the best tasting at the same time.
