Sugar and Mental Health

Reducing the sugar intake, has greatly helped me in my overall mental health. As per research, a high-sugar diet increases the risk of depression, anxiety and worsens the case of schizophrenics.

No experience yet. I didn’t succeed in quitting sugar yet, I’m badly addicted. I want to try again soon, because I do believe it might help a bit. Thanks for the reminder though and good that it helped you!

I eat a lot of carbs so I have a high sugar intake.
