You surely have the courage! Count to three and do it…
Sorry for breaking the rules, but i thought it was for a good cause and not hurting anyone in this context.
I hope you can get out of this situation. Hang in there.
I know what its like to freeze up like that, I hope you can find the strength to overcome it
I know you can do it. Believe in yourself and allow yourself the help you need.

if you cant get up dont worry about it louis, we just have to do the best we can. Youre going to be alright
Hope you ok. Sorry im crap at giving advice with people in crisis sometimes,
But Seth is thinking of you. x
maybe going to get something to eat would help, ive had times when skipping meals can make me anxious/ trigger a panic attack
@FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter just checking in, seeing how you are doing.

Oh, @GrayBear, I am still in the bathroom.
I am
scared to leave, scared to call anyone, scared to be found.
Thank you for your constant support today!
PLEASE listen to us louise. As you see on this forum, nobody judges you, and everybody wants to help you, wants you to be okay. The same goes for the people who can actually help you there. You MUST act. Even just send someone a text, someone who you know will read it.
@FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter If you remain in the bathroom, they are going to hospitalize you.
Please either call your counselors secretary or walk out on your own.
@FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter just a check in.

You’re gping to be found when they close. You can’t stay there. You must walk out and go hone or get hospitalized. What if they close and you are stuck inside? You’re not thinking this through. Ypu could get in troublefor tresspassing if you get locked in
@FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter can you splash some cold water on your face? This will activate your dive reflex and hopefully override your fear so you can start thinking again.
@FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter I’m so sorry you’re so scared. You can do this. If you leave the bathroom you’ll finally be comfortable at home. Think about getting home where it’s safe.
I hope you are feeling better.
Maybe just washing in the bathroom can help a bit like washing your pants and face and then trying to get home so you can eat and rest and feel safe and comfort.
Good wishes to you
@FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter are you doing okay?

Thank you ALL for your support, concern, compassion, care, fact-based language, patience, persistence, and determination!
The night went like this. After five hours in the bathroom, I received a text from my counselor inviting me to come to his office and chat. I still felt I couldn’t move. For an hour we texted, talked on the phone, and talked through the door. I finally left, but then I ran back in. When I came back out, I couldn’t find my counselor. He had given me permission to exit through a basement door, but when I went down it was locked. I texted him to say that, but I never heard back. (I found out there was no service). He didn’t receive the text, couldn’t find me, and called the cops. I waited a bit in the basement and then went back to his office. The cops met me there. They took me outside. There were four patrol cars (blocking my car and parking lot exits) and an ambulance. They put me in the ambulance and talked amongst themselves. They brought my counselor into the ambulance to assess me. Even though they scoured the neighborhood and rooms in the building looking for me, they accepted that I never ran away. They also realized that I wasn’t suicidal. They sent me home.
I apologize to you all here, my family, the counselor’s office, the police, and the paramedics. I am sincerely sorry to everyone.
