I am about to have another one

I can fell myself beginning to slip… I am seeing blood dripping down the walls again and smelling rotting felsh and blood.

You know that it’s not real. It’s just your mind playing tricks. Better be with your parents or someone whom you are close to. Try to divert your attention from this by doing some other work like reading, chatting, painting or praying. I hope you be fine soon. Just don’t think much about it and try to relax.

c’mon sarah. u can do this. ur gonna b ok. it’s not real, none of it is real. just hallucinations hunni. do as the last poster said. do something, anything to take ur mind off of it. keep busy and try and concentrate on something else. xxx

I like following your tags…u r good person.hope you feel better soon.

Thank y’all. But I am beginning to get really anxious…

distract yourself @anon59133895 - watch a movie, draw, listen to music, take a walk, eat your favorite food etc…
It will go away - nothing lasts forever

Thing is, I am in school at the moment… And nothing is helping.

Start talking to a therapist or some kind of counselor. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Do you have a counselor or psychologist in your school? We have in Sweden. If not, is there a teacher or other adult you can trust and maybe they can help you get back on track?

Have you or your parents arranged for you to be able to go to a quiet area without people to work or relax when you become symptomatic? I find that having a crush of people around makes things go downhill more quickly when my positive symptoms appear. My ability to avoid relapses is attributable in large part to my habit of planning escape routes to flee somewhere quiet whenever I get overwhelmed, which is more often than most people here probably realize.

I also have a sort of ritual for when I become agitated:

  1. Hot cup of tea
  2. Relaxing music (Enya, preferably)
  3. Burn vanilla incense, if possible
  4. Cuddle pet cat, if possible

Thanks to the modern wonders of the MP3 player and a portable Thermos, the first two are possible wherever I go. I always carry a supply of hot tea and some noise suppressing headphones to plug into my iPhone. Duck into a quiet corner and I can cut my anxiety in half inside of ten minutes. More if the cat is nearby.

i feel sorry for you, idk what to say about school if you are finding it hard and having problems, idk if you have ever thought about home schooling like with a personal tutor or maybe if you are not feeling well you can tell the teacher and ask for homework to catch up later, just throwing a few ideas around, maybe there is someone you can talk to as well, hope this helps

I really have to say it sounds like you’ve been going through a lot and I like sometimes to pray. I’ll make sure to mention you in prayer and thought. Keep it up!
