Strategies Against Architecture 2.0!

So been offline a lot and not playing computer games so much lately.

Had some good cognitive gains . Sticking to tasks a lot better. Getting things done and find planning and getting tasks done to be a lot easier. Still lots of work with diet and exercise but I would say it’s not so bad and worth the effort.

It’s a curious thing and it’s taken a period of like 5 years of getting to here but honestly. First thing I’d look at for anyone with our problems is look at your diet and exercise in that order. I think there’s something great there for some but even the rest there’s room to manuveur and it’s a no brainer for our community.

So. Like 8 months or so doing the lo carb/ keto thing but last month or so I’ve felt I’ve improved a lot. I’m doing hobby things and finding that work on the yard and other things I’m getting done. It’s a big improvement of where I was a year ago…

It’s nice to be busy doing things. I feel my negatives to be way less biting these days and dare I say there’s more than a hint of enjoyment from doing things in my life these days.

oh yayyy…good …you do a lot !! I feel positive about my own life tonight too…it’s turning a corner for me I think…glad you’re happy.
